TASTING NOTES

GagiaBlu olive oil is highly fruity on the nose, with notes of tomato leaf and artichoke blending with aromas of herbs, in particular basil. In the mouth, the sour and spicy components are beautifully balanced, like in all top-quality olive oils.

FOOD PAIRING

Best used cold. Can be added to vegetable soups or summer dishes such as caprese salad. Matches perfectly with grilled meats.
